Rizwan Malik has spent years contracting as a Salesforce Lead Consultant. Since founding Seamlessideas in 2014, Rizwan has grown Seamlessideas into a skilled team of 15+ employees with an array of Salesforce led-services including sales cloud, services cloud, community cloud, marketing cloud, Pardot, custom app developments, custom system integrations and soon Commerce cloud.
To support Rizwan, Muhammed Adil took the lead as the Operations Director and Rehman Ali as the Technical Director ensuring that each component of the business had the utmost attention for growth and client satisfaction.
Rizwan has extended Seamlessideas clientele reach through expanding offices in; Manchester Head Office, Pakistan Operational Hub and soon Canada.

We have been working with Nadcoms for over a year now on the implementation of Pardot and the transfer from Salesforce Classic to Salesforce lightning. Nadcoms have always been very professional from the offset, fully understanding our business requirements and making appropriate suggestions to improve our business practise. We partnered with Nadcoms back in 2016 when our company had no CRM system and we were looking to move our multiple, complex business processes onto the Salesforce platform. Nadcoms worked with us from the very beginning, from requirements mapping to complex data migration, process automation (both standard and custom APEX code), building our customer portal using Communities and integrating our Marketing function with Pardot. Since implementation they have remained our principal support, and we have continued to develop and improve the system further, including recently converting our instance to Lightning. We have used Nadcoms to help develop and roll out our own Salesforce.com App Exchange product. The focus to detail and service received was second to none. Riz, Adil and Rehman were fantastic throughout the project and kept us reliably informed throughout. We are a group of companies with offices in the UK, UAE and US that required the development of our salesforce system to support our lead to quote process including CPQ. We are extremely happy and satisfied with Salesforce and its partners M/s. Nadcomms regarding implementation of Sales cloud. Since our master data was to be housed in SAP a lot of customisations were required to not only ensure that the integration between the two systems is smooth but there were number of objects and validation that needed to be incorporated to meet our multi product business. Given this we were pleasantly surprised with the smooth and efficient implementation and least issues post implementation.

They are professional and were there when we started of with 1 license and have have helped us develop our business process and systems to support our growth.
